About The Greenwich Union
Soon after it opened in 2001, The Greenwich Union – commonly known as ‘The Union’ – established itself as a corner-stone of local Greenwich life. Winning well-deserved critical acclaim from both local and national press, Meantime Brewing Company’s first pub has become a firm favourite with Londoners and visitors alike. The Union sells no national brewers’ products and has kept true to the brewery’s values by offering taste, flavour and choice right across its product range. All our beers are unpasteurised and brewed in small batches with much time, care and attention. In addition to our own range of Meantime beers, The Union is also proud to showcase a selection of over 60 beers from some of the world’s top breweries to demonstrate many classic examples of great beer styles.
At The Union, we give our customers the same time, care and thought that we give to our beer. Offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the staff, under the guidance of General Manager Daniel Persson, have a passion for great beer and honest home made food and an enthusiasm for making you feel part of the ‘Meantime’ family.
