The Greenwich Union Food
At The Union we aim to bring to our food the same philosophy and passion we bring to our beers. We offer an eclectic range of traditional and modern dishes taking inspiration from around the world and all our food is freshly prepared by Head Chef Valentin Ochoa and his team. Where possible we source our ingredients locally, just as we do at the brewery. By bringing the same thinking about taste and flavour to the kitchen as we do to the brewhouse, we hope that the food and beer combinations we produce challenge and please in equal measure.
